ELMIRA
SOUTHSIDE
HIGH
SCHOOL
Welcome to the Elmira Southside High School Alumni Page. This page, as well
as all of the individual class pages are maintained by SHS alumni.
Alumni of Elmira Southside High School are invited to join in creating
this online link to your Alma Mater. Web Space is available, but you must be
an graduate from Southside High School in order to create and maintain a
class webpage. Visit the
"Become a Class Pagemaster" page for more details or contact the
SHS Pagemaster via e-mail.
SHS Alumni can post their thoughts on the SHS Message Board
(NOTES button) or just see what others have to say. Try to keep your message
brief and informative, and always check to see if your class home page has
it's own Message Board first.
Class Contacts
(CONTACT button) are listed here. The names listed are the
self-appointed representatives for the classes listed. If no one is listed
for your class, or if you would like to be an alternate representative
mail the
SHS Pagemaster including your contact information and you will be added
to the list. Class Page Maintainers are also listed here in case you have
comments/questions for them.
Reunion and class news
(NEWS button) is posted periodically. This space is
provided for SHS reunion news and important announcements. Priority is given
to classes that don't have their own page yet. All entries will be monitored.
Please mail reunion news, classmate searches and major announcements to the
SHS Pagemaster. This is a manual posting process so please limit the
material to the content mentioned above. All other communications should be
posted on the appropriate class page or the
Message Board provided by this page.
And of course, what page would be complete without a section dedicated to links
(LINKS button). The majority of
the links deal with the Elmira/Corning Area and can be found on many other pages.
So the moral is, don't waste your time on these unless you're board and want to
kill time. One very useful link,
SHS Alumni Database, is a great place to search for your classmate's current
home or e-mail address. It only takes a few minutes to add yourself and best of all
it's FREE.
